Exams to study for MBA in Australia:

Students who are thinking of moving abroad to Australia need to appear in IELTS/PTE/TOEFL. ELICOS (English Language Intensive Courses for Overseas Students) courses are an Australian version of English language courses for students who do not fulfill the English language criteria of IELTS / TOEFL / PTE.

Course Duration:

The MBA program is usually two years long at most colleges. Most Australian colleges offer MBA programs that last between 15 months and two years. Aside from that, several colleges have begun to offer one-year MBA programs, such as Melbourne Business School’s one-year MBA program, which is quite popular among students.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree: Candidates must have earned a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in any area. 

IELTS: To obtain an Australian visa, students must have a decent IELTS score. To get admission to a university, students from non-native English-speaking nations must demonstrate their English language skills and a minimum of 6.0 band score. 

Work Experience: Although it is not required, applicants with at least two to three years of work experience would undoubtedly benefit. Candidates with 2-3 years of work experience in their profession are given priority at most colleges.

PTE: A minimum PTE Academic score of 42 is required to be eligible for a student visa in Australia.

GMAT: GMAT: For admission to an MBA program, most Australian institutions and colleges recognize the GMAT score. To get into a top university to study for an MBA, you’ll need an excellent GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test) score. The average GMAT score for admission to an Australian institution, on the other hand, is 590.

Work Visa after completion of MBA:

International students who have just graduated from an Australian institution are eligible for this visa. After finishing his schooling, the visa holder can stay, work, and study in Australia for a limited time. As a principal candidate, students can only acquire a temporary Graduate visa (SUBCLASS 485) once. There are two streams to this Temporary Graduate visa: Graduate Work is a subset of the Graduate Work stream. The Post-Study Work Stream is a subset of the Post-Study Work The primary applicant covered by the application must be present in Australia while applying for a visa and when his or her visa is granted.

International students who have just graduated from an Australian institution are eligible  Furthermore, the applicant’s qualifications must be related to one of the occupations on the occupation skilled list in order to qualify for the Graduate Work stream visa. The visa holder in this category is permitted to remain for 18 months. Apart from that, the applicant’s qualification for obtaining the Post-Study Work stream visa must be a higher education degree. The visa holder in this category is permitted to stay for two to four years.
